Defying Gravity (making life easier)

Earth pulls on us all. Our lives are a relentless struggle with gravity each and every day. It should make sense that defying gravity makes life easier. How do we do this? We do it by incorporating resistance training into our lives. We put an overload on our bodies that is greater than that of everyday life. In turn, strength is gained and what once fatigued us, now, no longer does. There are many advantages to defying gravity through physical training; a decrease in resting heart rate, lower blood pressure, an increase in bone density, more energy, strength, the benefits are endless! Life is complex and we never know what it might throw at us each day. We should always be strong mentally and physically. The human body was built for physical work. Without physical work the body will start to regress. Health issues will start to accrue ranging from low energy to easily broken bones, disease, and possibly death, none of which sound pleasant. We want to progress. This is why defying gravity through physical training is vitally important to your health and well-being. You owe this time to yourself! We all want to live long healthy lives and be there for the ones we love. Taking action can be the hardest part. By taking this time to learn and understand how your own body works, you will also have the mental accomplishment of achieving a process goal that later turns into a product goal. The first process goal can be as simple as just showing up for your first exercise session. Defying gravity can and will make your life easier.
